About the role:

We are currently seeking experienced, results focused Customer Service professionals to join our teams at Holden Hill (Fulltime 8-4) and Mile End (Part time 5 hours per day).  

Hours of work are between 7am-5pm with flexibility when needed.

In a busy but fun environment, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, instilling confidence that the customer has left their car in very capable hands. In addition to that, this role will include (but not be limited to):

  • Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
  • Providing a professional service during all customer interactions and managing the customers return to collect their vehicle
  • Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with their SMART experience

To be Considered you will:

  • Have previous experience in a customer facing, fast paced environment
  • Strive to achieve a positive customer experience in every interaction
  • Be organised and have great time management skills
  • Build rapport in person as well as over the phone
  • Successful applicants need to be customer focused and take pride in their interactions
