We are an award winning specialist in non-structural and high severity repairs and are currently seeking an exceptional site leader to take us through the next phase of growth. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Repair Centre Manager to join our brand new site at Invermay, Launceston.
About you
Our opportunity would suit someone with a proven track record in management roles or someone with leadership aspirations looking to take the next step. You’ll be highly organised, have great attention to detail and someone who is passionate about creating and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Success in this role will come from

- The ability to coach and develop team members to improve capability
You will also have previous collision repair experience in a leadership capacity.
