About the role:

We are currently seeking experienced, results focused customer service professionals to join our team on a Part Time Basis at our Moorabbin and Mulgrave sites. These roles are working Monday to Friday, with a rotating weekly roster of 7am - 12pm & 12pm - 5pm. Candidates must be able to do both. 

 In a fast-paced environment, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, instilling confidence that the customer has left their car in very capable hands. In addition to that, this role will include (but not be limited to):

  • Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
  • Providing a caring and professional service during all customer interactions and managing the customer return to collect vehicle process to the customers delight.
  • Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with their SMART experience

To be Considered you will:

  • Have previous experience in a customer facing, fast paced environment
  • Strive to achieve a positive customer experience in every interaction
  • Have high attention to detail
  • Be organised and has exceptional time management skills
  • Build rapport in person as well as over the phone
  • Work well in a team
  • Applicants need to be available for both of the above shifts as it is a set, rotating weekly roster
